I'm wondering if this section is really needed... it could turn out to be one of the most annoying sections ever.

it would be annoying, but sometimes when somebody gets mad they spam. and where better to spam, then to where you won't get banned? but i don't see why its udner help desk

Good point. Mainly because I was trying to consolodate the forums. Maybe we should change the name of the help desk. Helpdesk seems like more of a childboard.
So...
Gotta think of a new name that help desk, spam, site sugestions, and site development would all fit under... ???
