Edit: The Beta Sign-up asked about PlanetSide which the company has not asked about in previous Beta Sign-ups for other games. Good sign?

This game has come across my table quite a few times. The FPS factor is point click and wait. Check out the videos on YouTube. I watched one video and thought for a second that the game was MMOFPS, and that the player it featured was just a good shot... but than I saw 10 people shoot an enemy and hit it at the same spot with automatic bursts. The gameplay, I would believe, is not of FPS calibur. It does look like fun though, almost in a new age SWG meets Neorcon kind of way.

Ive even signed up for the beta. This one will be more heavily orientated by the PvE aspect... so dont get your hopes up for much ov anything from PvP aside from dueling (although playNC is generally good at PvP ala city of Heroes and Lineage).

I await to see if I can actually get into the beta... which reminds me, havent checked my E-mail in a week.
