These games are all pretty well known for those looking at the MMOFPS genre, so I sense there's a reason why they're not listed. I define an MMOFPS as having MMORPG like features with FPS combat.
Fallen Earth - From what I've seen, this game has many features of the average "Next-Gen MMO in the making" with FPS style combat. In videos we see that you can play from both third and first person, but it seems that serious combat will be played in first person. The game has a very nice looking PvP system involving many persistent outposts that can be controlled by the six player factions. If you haven't checked this game out yet, definitely take a look, it has some of the coolest features I've seen in any MMO.
Fury - This is a "100% PvP MMORPG" featuring FPS style twitch-combat. It seems to be from the same vein as Guild Wars-- competing for rank in arenas as a guild/team. A twitch-based MMO without PvE is a turn off for a lot of people, but it technically fits as an MMOFPS because of it's more MMORPG-esqe features. When you get down to it, though, it's all about straight up arena PvP.
Kaos War - Whether this can be considered an MMOFPS is yet to be determined, but the FAQ from the site seems to suggest that it may be:
