Just wondering what kind of online games you all have played before and still play to this day? Here's my list sequentially... that way you can see how I slowly evolved into the geek I am today:

- Ultima Online (name: Tenzo)
I played this one when I graduated from HS. It was fun but I had to quit since I just got an apartment and couldn't afford internet connection.

- Counterstrike (name:Kiko)
I was okay to begin with but I was surprised how badass I became after eating, breathing, and living the game for 1 year.

- Everquest (name: Taiko)
This one grabbed me by the balls and wouldnt let me go. I played for a good couple months non-stop. This game is what introduced me to drama and guild break ups.

- Halo (name: T A I K O)
Well, not online but I managed to get about 10 people together everyday to play in my dorms. I must say, I am a very exceptional player.

- Planetside (name: Ilojik)
Introduced me to the MMOFPS genre. I liked the game.... didn't manage to be as addicting as other games but it did give me alot of ideas.

- Star Wars Galaxies (name: Saru)
I absolutely loved this game when it came out. Seriously, they should not have touched he original product because it was a winner. Everything else they did to the game afterwards killed it.

- World of Warcraft (name: Icebeard-dwarf paladin, Taiko-tauren warrior)
I quit about a year ago and my bro picked up the accounts. I hear they are around lvl 60+ now.

- Halo 2 (name: T A I K O and 5 million other names associated with 2 month free passes)
This is where I dwell right now until huxley comes out. Still gotta get my hands on Halo 3.

FPSes

Doom 2 - Thats right, the classic I played as a kid. Loved every second of it. Played it on more of a LAN though, not actually online. Still fun.

Quake 3 - Oldie but goodie, only real fast paced one I ever got into.

HL and All Major Mods (Such as CS and TF) - My god, did I play all those till HL2 came out, then I just played em some more in the "Compiled in Source" versions lol.

Tribes series - Played em all. Loved em all especially the Renegades mod in Tribes. Was the main reason I loved...

Planetside - Still playing from time to time. I havent gotten rid of my account just yet, but its teadering. Kinda getting bored.

Gunz - Hey, I spent a bit of time on this one, very unique gameplay and rampant cheating... hey wait a minute, there is in all games, but cheating here is so blantant its funny!

That should be it for that section.

RPGs and Strats.

Everquest and Everquest 2 - Didnt like the first one, liked the second one. Played the 2nd one for a while.

Every Blizzard Game online EXCEPT for WoW - Thats right,I was a Blizzard groupie. Love their games, almost had a siezure when I seen the SC2 preview.

Baldur's Gate 2, Neverwinter Nights 1 and 2 - Never really felt like playing IWD or BG online, BG2 we played through the whole campaign my friend and I with a few people online.

C&C series - Played em all, owned them all at one point or another, and still do now with C&C decades and 3. Not currently playing.

Anyways, these are all the games over the years that have slowly taken my life away... but replaced em with good times! I get around, but if you spread all of these games over my 12 year online gaming life, I can still do other stuff... most of the time.

How could you love blizzard and NOT play WoW? That game is the best MMORPG I've laid my hands on.... TBH though I'm all RPG'd out.

About SC2-
I'm living here in Korea right now. It's absolutely amazing on the attention Star Craft gets over here. Many TV channels here play tournaments 24-7 and many people make a living off of it. Some of these kids are actually big celebrities.

Remember lol, I said games I put a solid effort into (ala more than 3 months time).

I have played WoW... and I just didnt enjoy it. Go figure. And also, if you take a look at my list. ONE MMORPG in Everquest, and it was only fun because I had a multitude of friends on it that I knew back in my hometown. For me, I REALLY need to START to play an MMORPG with people I know, either IRL or from other games. Else it dies hard and I find myself grinding into oblivion.

Trust me, if I actually posted ALL the games I have played in my career of video gaming, it would be too long to post. I would have to add in all practical major Strat games (AoE, AoM, Civ, Total War, the list goes on.)

I decided to pick out the ones I spent the most time on and I enjoyed playing a bunch.
