The moderation team stands now as it is. Of course a different mod will be allowed for each game title. Those will basically be the mods that you will lead and guide, I guess a good name for them will be Junior Mods. I'll update the "help needed" article and refer moderation vounteers to contact either you or supertech1 via PM if interested in moderation.

About the rest of the positions. The more volunteers the better. These next few months are an evaluation period for all of us. After a few months we will all discuss who we believe has shown the most commitment and promise as a section lead for each respective area. Those Leads and myself will determine the number of positions needed for that particular section Lead.

So for now I would like to give everyone an opportunity to get there hands in anywhere they believe they can help.

I've added CMS as a funciton of website design and coding since our whole site is run off of a CMS. I'm thinking of dividing the two sections into:

Graphics and Site Administration

If you do split it, count me in for site administration

Geek Sex Symbol has just volunteered to assist with our writing section, welcome aboard! GSS brings with him not only a strong writing background (blogs, published books etc...) but also has displayed high interest and a strong devotion towards the movement of the MMOFPS genre. When the site grows, I will enjoy seeing his name grow as well.

I'm amazed at the team we've accrued over this short period of time. Everyone is extremely capable at what they have volunteered for and all of your efforts have not gone unappreciated.

Don't forget! If any of you want to get your hands in other areas just let me know and I'll put you there.

if GSS is going to be posting, his username has to be changed. we can't have somebody with semi-inappropiate material for a name, since it may offend some, and parents may see it and not want their children here. after all, teens are a big group of the gaming population of the world.

I knew this conversation was going to surface sometime. I really don't find anything wrong with his name, I figure since our targeted audience appreciates lots of guns and lots of blood that our line of tolerence is slightly higher above marthastewart.com. Still, you have a point and I would hate for the nanny filters to block out the site to a portion of our audience.

GSS will be given exclusive permission for use of his name because I feel that as a writer for a gaming portal, the "written by" line is very important on how they intend each article to convey to the public as.

As for what our lines are on language you bring out a very good point and something we will inevitably have to face, I'll move over to your section so we can discuss it more.
