The title should describe it, and what it makes it different from other MMO games. Therefore MMOFPS is exactly right. A Massively Multiplayer First Person Shooter. MMORPG is wrong based off of the premise...I mean how many people really role-play on any of those games anyway. Should be called MMO3PA, MMO 3rd Person Action.

Actually I dont buy too much into the whole RTS bit. If you dont work with a clan or group, most FPS games are big "who shot the most people" competitions.

With all these definitions, CoD4 multiplayer can be considered a... MMOFPSRTSG(did I get that right)... Thing... Yeah. Sigh.

I realy think its retarded that the acronym MMO is used with all of these games now anyway because the simple fact is if it says online play 9.99999 times outa 10 its MMO because theres freacken millions of people playing the game so that part of most PC game acronyms needs to be taken out before you even argue about that rest of the stupid title. most games should be title like this MMOGTBTTIHTGTWTEMTPFFTDG (multi million online game that buys time till i have go to work to earn money to pay fees for this damn game) that covers about 75% of online games right now.
