Twilight War is in closed beta and will release a public beta soon. If anyone is interested in getting in the closed beta hit up community@twilightwar.com.

I forgot to mention that you have to have a member login from their forums, this is how bug reporting will be accomplished.

They never really announced a limit. I would assume that they would allow in a minimal amount of people (50-200) which have applied for the closed beta and than next month when they have a planned public beta (apparently these never release as expected) you could expect alot of player to hop in.
