I wonder, what engine can compare to the Unreal engine in regards to the MMOFPS... Hmm.. ???

I'm not sure how engines work but I know that the Unreal engine is what Huxley will use!

The new lithtech engine is pretty sweet.

$50,000 as opposed to the $3,000,000 for unreal.

Unreal is the standard for FPS gaming today...unfortunately it is WAY out of any normal person's price range.

I am looking at a few Unoffical Quake Engine sites to try and get a handle on how to program a game...baby steps of course but I am starting to understand just how difficult it really is.

Yikes, I'm starting to understand why some folks just design their own engine I'm just gonna stick with making board games and the like. Anyone hear of Zots? heheh
