I've added a tiny little entry in the m-blog about Donnybrook. So what do you guys think about it? The technique is apparently applied to peer 2 peer games.

We talked a little about this in another thread but I forgot which one .

We should see some server using this technology soon. I think it's a great idea. I think games like battlefield could get so much better with that working on the server side.

They say that there's still a lot more work to do on the thing. They say they're having trouble with it when a large number of folks look at the same target. I guess there would be to many replicas for the peer to update. Can you imagine if you applied it to Battlefield? The games could be enormous.
