Ojom has just announced that it will cease operations and support for Face of Mankind, for many of us this will sound like a dream and all of us knew this day would come sooner or later. However the impact of this decision reflects far greater than it may seem, in basic Ojom controls the billing system and because Ojom has ended all operations, no one can pay for Face of Mankind. Duplex has a challenge on his hands now if he wants to continue with the Face of Mankind project, its doubtful but I hope he does. I hope everyone gives their support to Duplex, this could be Face of Mankind’s final days or it could be the start of a new generation. I hope Duplex looks to the community to see that some of us have the potential to help finish the Face of Mankind project and not for money but for free, because its a game we care about and has been a game we have stuck by through thick and thin for many years and hopefully many years to come. People can be employeed as volunteer workers under Duplex Systems, this would valid the copyright to Duplex Systems. I guess only time can tell what Duplex’s decision will be, I think Face of Mankind has come to far to end now. Ikoru Read more at: http://www.fomplanet.com/blog/?p=6. |
